Currently, the dollar has increased by 7.74 soums, reaching 12,149.84 soums. The opposite situation was observed for other major international currencies.

The euro exchange rate fell significantly, decreasing by 76.07 soums to be set at 14,003.91 soums. The British pound sterling also continues to decline.

It became cheaper by 100.27 soums, amounting to 16,040.22 soums. A decline was also observed for the Swiss franc; its value dropped by 118.57 soums, totaling 15,191.10 soums.

The situation regarding regional currencies and other financial instruments is as follows. The Russian ruble became slightly more expensive, rising by 0.57 soums to reach 151.10 soums.

The Japanese yen became cheaper by 0.36 soums, recorded at a value of 76.14 soums. The Chinese yuan also lost value, becoming cheaper by 4 soums and falling to 1,762.20 soums.

These exchange rates will come into effect at all banks and currency exchange offices starting tomorrow. These indicators, set by the Central Bank, are formed based on changes in the international financial market as well as domestic economic supply and demand.

Citizens and entrepreneurs are advised to take these official exchange rates into account when performing financial transactions. Any changes in the currency market directly affect various sectors of the economy, which is why the Central Bank conducts constant monitoring.
