The event was a real stir for car enthusiasts and high-tech lovers, reported Zamin.uz.

Ferrari, the world-renowned manufacturer of sports cars, has opened a new page in automotive history with its legendary brand. The company unveiled the official presentation of its first-ever fully electric, innovative, and luxurious vehicle – the Luce model.

The exterior design of this electric car attracted significant attention, as it was directly developed by Jony Ive, the former chief designer at Apple, known for his distinctive style. Translated from Italian, the name Luce means "Light," and this technological marvel boasts unique technical specifications.

The Ferrari Luce is not only environmentally clean but also a true sports car that matches the brand’s traditions with exceptionally high speed. This sports car can reach a top speed of up to 310 kilometers per hour.

The electric vehicle is capable of traveling more than 500 kilometers on a single full charge without any stops. Moreover, this model is also recognized as the company’s first five-seater vehicle in its history.

At the presentation, guests were shown five stunning cars ranging from the brand’s traditional fiery red to refined white and light shades. Company CEO Benedetto Vigna emphasized that specialists worked tirelessly for five years to bring this project to life.

The unveiling of the new model came at a particularly interesting time. Currently, Ferrari’s main rivals—Porsche and Lamborghini—have slightly slowed down their plans in this segment due to declining demand for electric vehicles in the global market.

The Italian brand is not afraid to act decisively where others hesitate. With this new model, they aim to strengthen their position in growing markets for green transportation, especially in China.

Of course, such a high level of technology and luxury comes at a corresponding price. The starting price of the Ferrari Luce electric car is 550,000 euros.

Delivery to the first owners of these expensive vehicles is planned to begin around the end of 2026. As a result, major investors awaited this news with some caution.

In turn, the company’s stock value slightly declined on the stock exchange. However, for true car enthusiasts, this model undoubtedly represents a pivotal milestone in the brand’s history.

The company intends to maintain its leadership in the electric vehicle segment in the future as well.
