The actor Killian Murphy, who was mentioned as the main candidate on the internet, clarified this matter. He participated in the "Happy Sad Confused" podcast and shared his opinion about the rumors related to the character of Voldemort.
Murphy clearly stated that he will not participate in this project and emphasized that the rumors circulating about this are not true. He also said that he considers Ralph Fiennes, who played Lord Voldemort in the previous films, a true legend.
The actor also explained where the rumors originated from and answered questions regarding whether he would participate in the new Harry Potter universe series or not. It should be recalled that the new series in the Harry Potter universe was announced in the spring of 2023.
