In this case, where she is participating as a victim, the defendants are suspected of presenting themselves as representatives of the housing program, gaining the singer's trust, and persuading her to agree to a property rights agreement related to her apartment. According to the TASS news agency, four defendants attended the court hearing, but Larisa Dolina did not appear in person.
The court session proceeded as usual, with the parties continuing to examine the details of the case. This incident occurred in 2024.
At that time, the criminals deceived Dolina and almost deprived her of property rights to her apartment in central Moscow. According to the case materials, the damage caused by this fraud amounted to approximately 300 million rubles.
As a result of the investigation, the contract for the sale of the real estate was found to be invalid, and the apartment was returned to Dolina. Currently, the court process is examining how the defendants carried out the crime and how they convinced the singer.
