He emphasized that living a healthy life and maintaining good health for a long time is possible due to his simple but strict habits. In response to the question asked on social media, "Why do some people rarely get sick?" Durov gave a short and clear answer.
According to Durov, the main factors for strong health and stable immunity are: at least 8 hours of quality sleep per day, eating natural and clean products, regular physical exercise, maintaining mental stability, completely giving up tobacco and alcohol, and avoiding medication unless necessary. It is known that Durov has been strictly following these rules for over 20 years.
He does not consume alcohol, cigarettes, or caffeinated drinks at all. Also, his day usually starts with a cold water bath, and the water temperature in the shower is almost close to zero degrees.
By exercising at least one hour daily and strictly adhering to his sleep schedule, he has maintained a youthful and healthy appearance at the age of 41. According to Durov, he last caught a cold 15 years ago.
His views sparked wide discussions on social media. Many users wrote that they were inspired by these tips and decided to give up harmful habits.
