The TV series "Dragon House" will conclude in its fourth season
The producer of the “House of the Dragon” series, Ryan Condal, announced that the project is coming to an end. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
In an interview on the Escape Hatch podcast, he confirmed that the series will conclude with the fourth season. This news surprised the series’ fans, as they had expected the project to continue for a longer time.
It is known that the filming of the third season was completed in October 2026, and the post-production process is currently underway. At the same time, the creative team has begun working on the script for the fourth season.
According to Ryan Condal, approaching the end of the project allows the creators to marshal all their strength and capabilities. He emphasized that viewers can expect exciting events in the final season.
The “House of the Dragon” series covers the history of the Targaryen dynasty and the dramatic struggle for the Iron Throne. The events take place 200 years before those in the “Game of Thrones” film.
The main plot of the series focuses on the power struggle between Princess Rhaenyra and her stepbrother Aegon. The project is based on George Martin’s book “Fire & Blood.”
The third and fourth seasons are scheduled to be released in 2026. Fans will have the opportunity to see the first scenes from the new season during the summer months.
It was also revealed that a star from the well-known “Andor” series participated in the third season. Notably, while “House of the Dragon” is preparing for its final part, HBO is working on new projects to expand the “Game of Thrones” universe.
