Work has begun on the sequel to the film "Formula 1"

The sequel to the film about "Formula-1" starring Brad Pitt is officially in development. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The project's producer, Jerry Bruckheimer, announced in an interview with BBC News that work has started on the sequel to this film. According to Bruckheimer, the screenplay is currently being actively developed.
Various ideas regarding the plot, concept, and cast are being discussed. Earlier, there were rumors that due to the film's success, a sequel might be filmed.
Now, this information has been officially confirmed. The "Formula-1" film, released last summer, earned 630 million dollars worldwide.
Additionally, it became the most successful project created by Apple Original Films. The film was nominated for the "Best Picture" Oscar award.
The film's plot centers on 62-year-old experienced racer Sonny Hayes (Brad Pitt), who returns to Formula-1 racing after a long break. The film is directed by Joseph Kosinski, and the project’s co-producer is seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton.
