Yulduz Turdiyeva: I do not want my children to choose art

Singer Yulduz Turdiyeva stated that she does not really want her children to choose the path of art in the future. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to her, her eldest son recently turned 17 and occasionally learns to play the guitar. Recalling a conversation with her son, the singer shared the following story: — "Mehroj, are you interested in art?" I asked.

My son replied, "Mom, a composer released a new song, can I sing that song? I really liked it."

Then I said, "Okay, tell me about it first," but he answered, "No, Mom, I’m embarrassed to tell you."

Yulduz Turdiyeva also emphasized that she does not strictly forbid the paths her children choose. If they truly have talent in art and can prove themselves in this field, she will not oppose it.

— If my children are really talented, I will not stop them from this path. Because art is a person's inner need, and it is impossible to leave it forcibly.

Otherwise, a person may suffer mentally, — the singer added.
