People's Artist of Uzbekistan and one of the great masters of national circus art, Olimjon Toshkenboyev, has passed away at the age of 81. Zamin.uz reported this news.
This announcement was confirmed by the Ministry of Culture and represents a significant loss for fellow artists and fans. For many years, Olimjon Toshkenboyev led the Uzbek acrobats troupe, elevating national circus art to a new level.

Concerts held in Poland, Germany, Egypt, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Brazil, Argentina, and many other countries were highly acclaimed on an international scale. Through these tours, Uzbek acrobatics was recognized and acknowledged as a treasure of world art.
Alongside this, Olimjon Toshkenboyev also worked as a director at the Uzbekcircus association. Due to his dedicated work and love for his students, many young people entered the world of art and found their place.
His students, whom he trained, continue to perform on the national circus stage today and carry forward their master's path. Olimjon Toshkenboyev's unique style and dedication to art made a significant contribution to the development of national circus.
