Jenifer Lopes was taken to the hospital 98 days after giving birth
World-renowned singer and actress Jennifer Lopez revealed that her health was at risk in her early years due to overworking. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

She spoke about this in a solo interview program, emphasizing that in the early 2000s, she failed to properly distribute her energy and did not take time to rest. According to the artist, she worked for 98 consecutive days without a single full day of rest, which eventually led to her hospitalization.

Lopez recalls that during that period, she was juggling several projects at once. She filmed a role in the movie “Enough” while simultaneously working on her new music album.

She spent her days on film sets and her nights in recording studios. Even her days off were not free—she attended press meetings, gave interviews, and worked on video shoots.

However, this relentless workload took a heavy toll on her body. She said that when she stepped onto the film set, her heart began to race, and she felt an unnatural level of anxiety.

One day, upon returning to her office, she noticed her vision blurring, darkness closing in before her eyes, and an inability to move. Lopez recalled telling her nearby colleague and assistants that she was feeling unwell.

They rushed her to the hospital in a panic. After examination, doctors calmed her down and explained that her condition was a result of extreme exhaustion.

Jennifer Lopez gained widespread recognition in the early 2000s for her roles in several popular films. During that time, she was also actively involved in music, releasing several albums.

Her story serves as a reminder that while hard work is important for success, neglecting rest and health can have serious consequences.
