Brazilian woman sentenced to one year in prison for stalking BTS member

A court ruling has been issued against a foreign woman who stalked BTS member Jungkook in South Korea. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
It is reported that a Brazilian woman visited the singer's home several times, and during one visit, she pressed the doorbell 133 times. According to investigation data, the woman had been stalking the famous artist since December of last year.
Due to her love for Jungkook, she came to his home several times and attempted to leave letters and gifts. The Seoul District Court reviewed the case and sentenced the woman to one year in prison.
However, the sentence was suspended with a two-year probation period. If the decision is not appealed, it is highly likely that she will be deported from South Korea.
As noted in the court documents, the woman first came to Jungkook's apartment in Seoul on December 7. She wandered around the area, threw various items over the wall, and left letters in the door gaps.
A few days later, she returned and pressed the doorbell 133 times. She was later apprehended by the police while attempting to enter by following a food delivery service employee.
Although law enforcement agencies had warned the woman, she did not comply with the restrictions. Consequently, the police issued a special order prohibiting her from approaching within 100 meters of the area where the singer resides.
Despite this, the fan continued her actions. It was revealed in court that she visited the front of Jungkook's house at least 22 times.
The judge, in making the decision, took into account that the likelihood of the suspect repeating such actions in the future is low. It is worth mentioning that this is not the first scandalous incident involving Jungkook.
Previously, another foreign woman who attempted to enter the singer's home after he completed his military service was also arrested by the police.
