The second is the medium-risk category. The third is the low-risk category.

If a business entity falls into the high or medium-risk group, preventive measures and scheduled inspections may be organized in accordance with current legislation. Those in the low-risk group are exempt from excessive inspections.

In simple terms, this means that oversight agencies will interfere less with entrepreneurs who operate honestly and legally.
