A famous Russian couple — comedian Maksim Galkin and singer Alla Pugachyova have purchased a new home in a beautiful spot on the Mediterranean coast of Cyprus. This was reported by Upl.uz.
Their new house is located on the first coastline and is priced at least 350 million rubles. According to sources, the couple has moved from Israel to Cyprus, seeking a quiet and peaceful place to live.
This two-story building has a basement, which includes four bathrooms, a pool, and a spacious terrace decorated with flowers. The house also features a garage and separate rooms for staff.
Unlike Maksim Galkin's former house in Podmoskovye, the new home stands out for its simplicity, lacking excessive decoration and luxury. The area has low fences installed and access is controlled, ensuring the safety of the residents.
Local residents often see Pugachyova reading a book or working on her phone on the terrace, shaded from the sun. Galkin spends much of his time on concert tours, but when he returns home, the couple enjoys evening walks along the beach.
Neighbors say they prefer to avoid excessive attention and live quietly. Their children attend a local English school, which helps them adapt to the new environment.
The costs of maintaining and servicing the house are significant. Annual security and utility payments amount to approximately 7,000 euros.
For electricity, about 400 euros are spent every three months, and 50 euros for water supply every two months. Recently, bicycles have appeared in the yard, and the flowers on the terrace are regularly updated, indicating that the family is striving to make their space comfortable and pleasant.
Moving to Cyprus marked a new phase in the couple's life. After leaving Russia in 2022, they resided in Israel and wished to live peacefully without conflicts with neighboring countries.
However, due to military actions in the Gaza Strip and strikes against Iran, they were forced to search for a new place to live. Cyprus became a suitable location for them due to its neutral policy and peaceful environment.
Close sources to the couple emphasize that they value peace and tranquility. The local community does not show excessive interest in celebrities, allowing the family to lead a calm and orderly life.
So far, the couple has not made an official statement regarding their move and the events in the Middle East, but they have previously been known for supporting peace.
