It has been revealed that Ali Niyazimbetov, known for his song "Azizim," contacted the Ministry of Justice. He requested legal actions against individuals who performed his song without permission.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that his song "Azizim" was performed by well-known artists Manzura and Murodjon Yuldashev. An administrative protocol was drawn up against Murodjon Yuldashev under the article "Violation of copyright and related rights" of the Administrative Responsibility Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
According to the decision of the Yunusabad District Court, a fine of 375,000 soums was imposed on him as a penalty. Thus, appropriate measures were taken against the violators in accordance with the law.
