The latest exchange rates effective from September 12, 2025, reveal notable movements across major currencies against the Uzbek som.

Today, the US dollar opened at 12,360.86 UZS, rising by 5.72 UZS, signaling a slight strengthening. The euro declined by 60.02 UZS to 14,479.51 UZS, reflecting continued pressure. The Russian ruble dropped 2.82 UZS to 145.66 UZS, while the British pound fell 46.62 UZS to 16,740.31 UZS. The Japanese yen and Swiss franc also weakened, decreasing by 0.57 UZS and 71.04 UZS respectively. In contrast, the Chinese yuan edged up by 0.85 UZS, reaching 1,735.76 UZS.

Looking ahead to tomorrow, all major currencies are forecasted to rebound. The US dollar is expected to gain 86.49 UZS, climbing to 12,447.35 UZS. The euro is projected to rise by 66.46 UZS, the ruble by 0.42 UZS, and the pound by 68.59 UZS. The yen and franc will also see modest increases, while the yuan is set to strengthen by 11.33 UZS, reaching 1,747.09 UZS.

These fluctuations suggest a positive turn in the currency market, offering renewed confidence for traders and investors in the near term.
