According to data from the Bank.uz website, several banks offer the most favorable currency exchange rates for buying and selling major foreign currencies in Uzbekistan. Here is an overview of the best rates available at exchange offices based on recent information.
For the US Dollar (USD), the cheapest buying rates are offered by Xalq Banki and O'zsanoatqurilishbank at 12,410 Uzbek soms per dollar, followed closely by O'zbekiston Milliy banki, Hamkorbank, and Tenge Bank at 12,400 soms. On the selling side, Poytaxt bank sells USD at 12,450 soms, while Hayot Bank and Asia Alliance Bank offer slightly higher rates at 12,460 soms. Kapitalbank and Infinbank provide the highest selling prices at 12,465 and 12,475 soms respectively.
Regarding the Russian Ruble (RUB), Xalq Banki offers the best buying rate at 125 soms per ruble. Hamkorbank and Universal bank follow with rates of 124 soms, and Trastbank and Garant bank offer 123 soms.
