In April 2025, the inflation rate in Uzbekistan was reported to be 0.7%, according to UPL.uz. This figure is the lowest for the month of April in the last five years. For example, in April 2024, inflation was 0.93%, in 2023 it was 0.82%, in 2022 it was 1.47%, in 2021 it was 1.53%, and in 2020 it was 1.7%.

Annual inflation is also continuing to decline. It was 10.3% in March 2025, dropping to 10.1% in April. This indicates that the rate of price growth is slowing down.

The following changes in products and services were observed. In April, food products increased by 0.8%, while non-food goods rose by 0.4%. Paid services increased by 1%.

The inflation rate in Uzbekistan was lower compared to some Central Asian countries, where monthly inflation was above 1%.
