In 2025, food worth 152 trillion soums was produced

According to the data from the National Statistics Committee, in 2025, large enterprises in Uzbekistan produced food products worth 152.1 trillion soums. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This figure increased by 9.7 percent compared to 2024. The highest production volume by region was recorded in Tashkent city, where products worth 27.6 trillion soums were produced.
Following are Tashkent region with 21.5 trillion soums, Samarkand region with 19.5 trillion soums, and Fergana region with 11.6 trillion soums. The figures for other regions are as follows: 6.6 trillion soums in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, 9.6 trillion soums in Andijan region, 11.3 trillion soums in Bukhara region, and 3.3 trillion soums in Jizzakh region.
Additionally, 10.2 trillion soums worth of food products were produced in Kashkadarya region, 7.9 trillion soums in Navoi region, 8.5 trillion soums in Namangan region, and 3.2 trillion soums in Surkhandarya region. In Sirdarya region, 5.4 trillion soums, and in Khorezm region, 6 trillion soums worth of products were produced.
These figures indicate the stable development of the food industry across the country.
