Increase in Food Production Volume in Uzbekistan
According to data from the National Statistics Committee, in 2025, large enterprises in Uzbekistan produced a total of 152.1 trillion soums worth of food products. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This figure represents a 9.7 percent increase compared to 2024. The highest production volume by region was observed in Tashkent city, where products worth 27.6 trillion soums were produced.

Following are Tashkent region with 21.5 trillion soums, Samarkand region with 19.5 trillion soums, and Fergana region with 11.6 trillion soums in production. In Karakalpakstan, products worth 6.6 trillion soums were produced, while in Andijan region this figure amounted to 9.6 trillion soums.

Bukhara region produced food products worth 11.3 trillion soums, and Jizzakh region produced 3.3 trillion soums. In Kashkadarya region, production reached 10.2 trillion soums, in Navoi region 7.9 trillion soums, and in Namangan region 8.5 trillion soums.

Surkhandarya region produced products worth 3.2 trillion soums, while in Syrdarya region this figure was 5.4 trillion soums. In Khorezm region, food production amounted to 6 trillion soums.

These figures indicate the stable development of the food industry in the country.
