Blockchain.com kompaniyasi AQSHda IPO o'tkazish uchun ariza topshirdi
Blockchain.com, one of the largest service providers in the cryptocurrency sector, has confidentially filed for an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States, according to Zamin.uz.

This significant step is being viewed as part of a broader trend in which companies operating in the digital assets space are seeking to return to traditional financial and capital markets. Company representatives stated that a draft registration statement has been submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as part of the process.

At this stage, no specific details have been disclosed regarding the number of shares to be offered or their initial price. Company leadership emphasized that the final outcome of the IPO will depend directly on market conditions and the conclusions of regulatory reviews.

The confidential filing procedure allows companies to obtain preliminary approvals from regulators without disclosing sensitive financial information to the public. Founded in 2011, Blockchain.com currently serves over 95 million digital wallets and more than 43 million verified users worldwide.

Over its history, the platform has processed cryptocurrency transactions with a total value exceeding $1.1 trillion. In the current year, the company expanded its geographic reach by entering the African market and initiated active efforts to launch futures trading using new technological protocols.

Other major players in the industry are also seriously considering the possibility of going public. Notably, projects such as Backpack Exchange and Copper are exploring plans to offer their shares to the public, while Kraken exchange may delay this process until 2027 due to market conditions.

Additionally, BitGo successfully debuted on the New York Stock Exchange in early 2026, raising investments amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars—a development that underscores the ongoing shift toward greater transparency and institutional integration within the cryptocurrency market.
