Central Bank announced new exchange rates
The Central Bank of Uzbekistan announced the official exchange rates of foreign currencies against the Uzbekistani soum as of June 22, 2026. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to the updated data, the Uzbekistani soum has strengthened against several major currencies. In particular, the US dollar became cheaper by 27.11 soum compared to the previous rate, settling at 12,058.45 soum.

This means that, according to the central bank’s official rate on this date, the dollar is valued lower against the soum. Official rates are important for government agencies, accounting, and certain official calculations.

The euro exchange rate also decreased, becoming cheaper by 51.62 soum to reach 13,818.98 soum. The Russian ruble fell by 0.48 soum to 164.04 soum.

The British pound sterling rate dropped by 43.13 soum to 15,959.36 soum. The Japanese yen decreased by 0.39 soum to 74.77 soum.

The Swiss franc declined by 93.44 soum to 14,964.57 soum. The Chinese yuan became cheaper by 4.4 soum, settling at 1,781.34 soum.

The official exchange rates announced by the central bank may not fully correspond to market rates.
