The road traffic safety service continues its active fight against violations of traffic rules, especially against those promoting aggressive and high-speed driving on social networks. This was reported by Upl.uz.
Nikita Makarenko announced this on his Telegram channel. Such actions pose a serious threat to road traffic participants and weaken public safety.
In this regard, a BMW vehicle was taken to the impound lot. Instances of dangerous driving with this vehicle were disseminated in video form on the account of business consultant Bobur Qarabayev.
Javohir Tursunpulatov, who was driving the vehicle, reportedly expressed genuine regret for his mistake, according to the road traffic safety service employees. This case shows that violations do not go unnoticed.
The need to impose stricter penalties for such incidents is being raised once again. In particular, it is proposed to confiscate vehicles and permanently revoke the driving licenses of individuals who repeatedly engage in and promote dangerous driving.
This practice is successfully implemented in many countries around the world and serves to significantly reduce the number of accidents. The funds obtained from confiscated vehicles could be directed towards socially important projects.
For example, they could be spent on improving traffic light systems and creating safe pedestrian crossings near educational institutions. This would greatly contribute to increasing road traffic safety, especially for children and adolescents, as well as developing urban infrastructure.
