A video circulated on social networks showing the driver of a "KIA" vehicle insulting traffic safety inspectors. Earlier, when the traffic safety inspectors stopped this citizen to check his documents, it was found that the front door windows of his car were tinted without permission.
Relevant documents were processed regarding the citizen, but he did not draw any conclusions from this situation and committed a similar violation again. When he was caught for the second time, he attempted to leave the scene quickly, leaving his documents with the inspectors.
In this case, documents were processed against the citizen in accordance with the articles of the Administrative Responsibility Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding "Minor hooliganism" and "Failure to comply with the legal requirements of law enforcement officers." He was sentenced to four days of administrative detention and fined 20 basic calculation amounts, which is 7 million 500 thousand soums, for illegally tinting the windows.
Additionally, since the citizen had previously been held administratively liable for insults, a criminal case has been initiated against him under the article of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding "Insult," and investigative actions are underway.
