Employees of the internal affairs bodies conducted an operational event within the framework of the "Safe and Healthy Country" initiative. During this event, cases of violations of the interests of the younger generation were uncovered.
It was revealed that I. Valiev, a resident of the Kitob district, had organized an illegal education center in his home and had been providing religious education to children.
A total of 9 minors were identified inside the house, including children from the Kitob and Chirakchi districts as well as from the city of Tashkent. He charged each student a fee of 100 US dollars.
An administrative report was drawn up under the article "Violation of the procedure for teaching religious beliefs." The case has been sent to the court of criminal cases under the Kitob district court and is being reviewed for a legal decision to be made.
This case once again demonstrates the necessity for the education of youth and religious activities to be conducted in a legal manner. The internal affairs bodies are continuously active in protecting the rights and interests of the population.
