Fraud cases related to the establishment of new paid parking lots are being observed in Tashkent city. This was reported by Upl.uz.
In an official Telegram channel, "Poytaxt Parking" issued a warning to drivers. It was stated that some individuals are demanding cash from drivers who left their cars under the paid parking sign.
They are attempting to collect payments illegally, without adhering to the official payment procedure. Additionally, some fraudsters are blocking the entrance to the parking lot using cones placed on the road and are also demanding money to open the entrance.
The staff of "Poytaxt Parking" do not have the right to collect payments from drivers. Official payments can only be made based on a special receipt or through a mobile application.
Payments can also be made through specially installed infokiosks in the city. Drivers are advised to use official sources and be cautious of fraudsters.
