On July 27, at approximately 18:50, it was determined that the driver of the "Labo" car grossly violated traffic rules on the "Chirchiq-Kibray" intercity road. This vehicle had a minor child in its cargo area, who was trying to hold on inside the car moving at a speed of 60-70 kilometers per hour.
