According to the press service of the National Social Protection Agency, the accused systematically abused his daughter. This situation was identified when the family was registered as needing assistance.
The social worker recommended the family undergo a medical examination as part of the services being provided. This examination revealed truths that the girl had previously been unable to express.
This led to the initiation of an official investigation and the accountability of the perpetrator. Agency representatives temporarily placed the girl in a family children's home to ensure her safety.
After her condition and situation were fully assessed, the girl was returned to her mother's custody. She is currently under permanent protection and undergoing a recovery process.
They are receiving medical, psychological, and social assistance. According to the court's ruling on July 24, the man was found guilty under Article 118, Part 3, clauses "a," "b," and "e" of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
