During this incident, a girl climbed on top of a "Lacetti" model car, while the driver continued to drive, putting her life at risk. It was determined during the investigation that the girl did this to record a video for her social media "Instagram" page.
Based on the documents and evidence collected regarding this incident, legal action was taken. The driver was deprived of his driving license for one year and six months and was fined 9,375,000 soums.
The girl was fined 1,875,000 soums, as the court took into account that she has a child under two years old, and administrative imprisonment was not applied. This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of awareness and adherence to safety rules for drivers and road participants.
