However, it was revealed that this information was spread by various bloggers for the purpose of gaining popularity. Indeed, on July 22, 2024, in the farmers' market of Baysun district, preventive inspectors attempted to calm an elderly person who was causing a disturbance in a public place while being intoxicated.
This individual resisted actively and did not comply with the legal demands of the police officers. Later, he was seated in a vehicle and taken to the narcology department, where it was confirmed that he was under the influence of alcohol.
The criminal court of Baysun district reviewed the administrative offenses of this elderly person. He was found guilty of "Petty hooliganism" and "Failure to comply with the legal demands of a police officer" and was fined three base calculation amounts, which is 1,125,000 soums.
