According to initial information, this incident took place around 5 PM on July 31. A conflict arose between a 27-year-old husband and his 20-year-old wife living in Yangiyul.
During the conflict, the woman punctured her husband's car tire with a kitchen knife taken from their home. When the husband tried to take the knife away, the woman refused.
It has been revealed that they had not previously contacted law enforcement regarding similar disputes. Currently, preliminary investigation work is being conducted regarding this case.
