On August 1, around 13:30, a major road traffic accident occurred in the Yangihayot district of Tashkent city. This was reported by Upl.uz.
The incident took place on Choshtepa Street and involved a total of 10 vehicles. The driver of an Iveco truck lost control and crashed into nine light vehicles.
Among the damaged vehicles were a Captiva, two Lacettis, a Spark, an Onix, a Malibu-2, a Cobalt, a Hyundai, and a Tracker-2. Fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the accident.
Currently, preliminary investigation actions are being carried out to determine all circumstances regarding this incident. The causes and details of the accident are being studied.
At the same time, measures to ensure road traffic safety are planned to be intensified. Citizens are requested to strictly adhere to traffic rules.
