Reports circulated on social networks about a man hitting a minor boy in the city of Andijan. It has been revealed that this incident occurred on July 26, 2023, at approximately 21:10 at a pharmacy located on A.Fitrat Street in the "Z.M.Bobur" neighborhood.
A man born in 1977 intended to joke with the minor boy, which led to a conflict between them. During the altercation, he insulted the boy's dignity and struck him in the face.
According to police officials, the boy and his parents have not yet filed a complaint with the internal affairs authorities. Currently, the Andijan city police are conducting a preliminary investigation into this case and are taking measures to hold the man legally accountable.
