The distribution of active theaters by region is as follows: 18 in Tashkent city, 5 in Fergana region, 4 in Samarkand region, 3 in Karakalpakstan, 3 in Andijan region, 2 in Bukhara region, 2 in Jizzakh region, 2 in Kashkadarya region, 2 in Namangan region, 2 in Surkhandarya region, 2 in Khorezm region, 1 in Navoi region, 1 in Syrdarya region, and 1 theater is operating in Tashkent region.
