In the Yunusabad district of Tashkent city, two men were detained by law enforcement officers for disturbing public order under the influence of alcohol and resisting them. This was reported by Upl.uz.
The press service of the capital's Internal Affairs Directorate reported this. The incident occurred on August 5, 2025, around 21:30.
A report was received at the duty section about two intoxicated individuals arguing on Chinobod Street. A preventive inspector and patrol service officers arrived at the scene.
However, the men born in 1981 and 1973 continued their aggressive behavior, failing to comply with legal demands. As a result, the offenders were detained and taken to the department.
Administrative reports were drawn up against them based on three articles of the Administrative Responsibility Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan: Article 183 (petty hooliganism), Article 194 (failure to comply with the lawful demands of law enforcement officers), and Article 195 (resisting law enforcement officers in the performance of their duties). The materials of this case have been sent to the criminal court of the Yunusabad district, and a corresponding decision is expected to be made.
