The press service of the Traffic Safety Department of the Samarkand Regional Internal Affairs Directorate reported that measures have been taken against the driver of the "Cobalt" car. This was reported by Upl.uz.
A video recorded by the dashcam of a moving vehicle has circulated on social media. During the movement, a "Cobalt" car suddenly appeared in front of the vehicle equipped with the dashcam, creating an emergency situation by moving from the far left lane to the far right lane.
This maneuver was carried out without considering other road users. It should be emphasized that, fortunately, a traffic accident was avoided as a result of a lucky coincidence in this situation.
The incident occurred in the city of Samarkand. An administrative protocol was drawn up against the driver under the article of the Administrative Liability Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning "Creating an obstacle or emergency situation by vehicle drivers, moving into the opposite lane or out of the lane."
The driver may be fined 10 base calculation units, which amounts to 4,120,000 soums. The Traffic Safety Department urges all drivers to strictly comply with traffic rules and be attentive on the roads.
These actions help prevent traffic accidents and ensure the safety of all road users.
