According to information obtained from the press service of the Traffic Police Department of the Tashkent region Internal Affairs Directorate, a road traffic accident occurred in the city of Almalyk on August 21, 2023, at around 16:40. This was reported by Upl.uz.
A GAZ 31029 truck, driven by a driver born in 1992, lost control and overturned. As a result, the metal items loaded in the vehicle scattered onto the road.
No one was injured in the incident, and the road was cleared. The internal affairs authorities are conducting an investigation into the accident.
According to preliminary information, the accident occurred due to violations of the rules for transporting oversized cargo. This situation once again highlights the necessity of strict adherence to regulations to ensure road traffic safety.
