According to court documents, a child under the supervision of the kindergarten staff suffered a serious injury with a broken forearm. However, the subsequent actions of the institution's employees raised questions.
According to established protocols, instead of immediately taking the injured child to the nearest medical facility, they preferred to consult a local doctor. The parents' complaint was officially submitted to the Karmaninskiy district internal affairs department.
Law enforcement agencies conducted an official investigation to clarify all circumstances of the incident. During the inquiry, it was found that the kindergarten staff did not adequately perform their duties and showed negligence towards the child's health and safety.
As a result of the investigation, strict administrative measures were taken. The employment contract of the educator responsible for the child's safety was terminated.
