
A mass brawl involving citizens of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan occurred in the village of Yanino-1 near Saint Petersburg. This was reported by Upl.uz.
According to law enforcement agencies, the cause of the conflict was a daily dispute that arose at a construction site. The fight quickly escalated into a large-scale clash, attracting the attention of local residents.
Law enforcement responded promptly to the incident, and during a conducted raid, 30 citizens of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan were taken to police departments. During the investigation, it was established that three Tajik citizens aged between 22 and 26 initiated the brawl, and a criminal case was opened against them under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation — "hooliganism."
The remaining 23 participants, including 14 Tajik and 9 Uzbek citizens, were held administratively liable. Additionally, one of the detained Uzbek citizens was found to be in Russia illegally and was placed in a special facility.
This individual is planned to be deported from the country later. Law enforcement agencies are keeping the situation under control and taking legal measures.
