Earlier, information was provided that three men were sentenced to restriction of liberty in connection with a cruel group violence incident that occurred in the Asaka district. These three criminals inflicted bodily injuries on two citizens.
One of them sustained minor bodily injuries, while the other suffered moderate bodily injuries. According to the Supreme Court report, during the trial, the victims applied to the court stating that they had no claims against the accused and requested that the accused be sentenced without deprivation of liberty.
The court took this application into account, as well as the fact that the accused admitted their guilt, sincerely repented, and considering their age, sentenced them to restriction of liberty for a period of three years. It was also noted that the accused fully compensated the victims for the material and moral damages caused.
