The press service of the Andijan Regional Enforcement Bureau announced that the debtor's house has been put up for sale. This was reported by Upl.uz.
According to the enforcement documents issued by the Izboskan District Civil Court on January 21, the debt owed by an individual entrepreneur to AKB “Uzpromstroybank” is to be recovered. The debtor's total debt amounts to 148.4 million soms.
Despite multiple warnings, the debtor has not repaid the loan. Therefore, the debtor's house located in the “Qul” neighborhood of Balykchi district was seized and put up for sale through an online auction.
The starting price of the house was set at 175 million soms. After the house is sold, the debtor's loan will be fully repaid through compulsory enforcement.
These measures are being taken to resolve the debt issue and protect the bank's financial interests.
