According to the press service of the Traffic Safety Department of the Samarkand Regional Internal Affairs Directorate, measures are being taken against individuals who violate traffic rules. This was reported by Upl.uz.
Internal affairs officers constantly monitor video materials related to traffic violations on social networks. In particular, in many cases, car drivers seriously violate traffic rules while celebrating wedding ceremonies.
For example, a group of drivers who grossly violated traffic rules was identified in the Urgut district. One of them was held administratively liable for a similar violation ten days ago, but it was found that he did not have a driver's license, which did not stop him.
Additionally, in the Bulungur district, four drivers participated in a wedding ceremony and violated traffic rules. At the same time, in the Poyariq district, five drivers were deprived of their driver's licenses for similar violations.
In all identified cases, administrative protocols were drawn up in accordance with the "Road Hooliganism" article of the Administrative Liability Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The minimum penalty for this violation is a fine of 25 base calculation units and deprivation of the driver's license for a period of 1 to 2 years.
These measures are aimed at ensuring road safety and reducing violations.
