The Bureau's Tashkent city department, based on the enforcement order of the FIB Shaykhontohur inter-district court, has received an enforcement document to collect a total of 548,492,148 soums of credit debt from the debtor citizen in favor of the creditor "Ipak Yo‘li" AIT bank, directing the enforcement against the collateral vehicle "EXEED TXL." This enforcement document was received on April 15, 2025. An enforcement case has been initiated regarding this enforcement matter.
During the enforcement actions, the vehicle belonging to the debtor citizen was seized and valued at 452,200,000 soums, and it was handed over to the creditor for temporary storage.
Currently, measures are being taken to realize the seized vehicle through auction sales.
