Starting from July 10, 2025, applications for mortgage subsidies will be accepted again in Uzbekistan. This was reported by Upl.uz.
This subsidy program allows citizens to purchase housing under preferential conditions. The program is aimed at supporting citizens in need of improving their housing conditions who meet the specified criteria.
Applicants for the subsidy must meet the following requirements: score at least 30 points based on social criteria and comply with income standards. The applicant's income must fall within the following limits: for residents of Karakalpakstan and regions, from 3.1 million to 9.2 million soums, and for residents of Tashkent city, from 3.1 million to 10.6 million soums.
Additionally, it is required that the applicant and their spouse do not own any housing in the country. Applications can be officially submitted through the state services portal at my.gov.uz.
This program will create favorable conditions for many citizens to own their homes.
