The press service of the Department of Criminal Affairs reports that a person suspected of fraud has been detained. This was reported by Upl.uz.
During a special operation conducted in cooperation with the employees of the G‘ijduvon district Department and the National Security Service, the chief specialist of the G‘ijduvon district state cadastre office was arrested. The arrest took place while he was receiving an advance payment of 2000 US dollars.
The suspect promised to arrange 5 acres of land located in the area of LLC "Bobur" in the name of another citizen for 4000 US dollars. A criminal case has been initiated based on the articles "Fraud" and "Preparation for a crime and attempted crime" of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding this case.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing. This incident is considered a result of efforts to protect state property and ensure the rule of law.
