Information circulated on social media that a citizen was walking down the street with a knife, threatening a private homeowner in Andijan city. It was revealed that this incident occurred on July 7, 2024, at approximately 15:30.
A resident of Andijan city, born in 1995, had a conflict with his wife and went to his wife's father's house after she fled. However, instead of resolving the issue through conversation, the offender took a knife and attempted to forcibly enter the house.
In connection with this incident, an administrative report was drawn up against the citizen under the articles of the Administrative Responsibility Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan for "Petty hooliganism," "Carrying cold weapons or items that can be used as cold weapons," and "Failure to comply with the legal requirements of law enforcement officers." The court imposed a ten-day administrative detention penalty on him.
This decision was made by the Andijan city court for criminal cases.
