An employee of the SGB has arrested the head of the regional department in the Ahangaran district. He worked in the off-budget fund management of the Pension Fund.
The arrest took place while he was accepting a bribe. He was caught while receiving a bribe of 1500 US dollars.
In exchange for this money, he promised to assist the local population in restoring lost workbooks and assigning pensions based on age. Previously, this individual had been held criminally liable under the article of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding "Theft, robbery through theft".
After serving his sentence, he did not learn from his mistakes. Currently, an investigation is underway against him.
This case is being examined within the framework of the fight against corruption, and legal measures are being taken.
