Information has spread on social networks that the Bukhara Medical Institute spent 8.6 billion soums to organize the "Smart Greenhouse" project. It became known that a tender was held for this project.
Based on the information circulated, the committee conducted an inspection regarding this tender. As a result of the inspection, violations of the requirements of Article 29 of the Law on "Competition" were identified in the tender procedures conducted by the Bukhara Medical Institute.
Accordingly, relevant administrative proceedings were initiated. Additional information about the measures taken and the results of the initiated case is planned to be provided.
