From January to May 2025, the volume of real estate services in Uzbekistan reached 9.8 trillion soums. This was reported by Upl.uz.
This information is taken from the official data of the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Compared to the same period last year, this indicator has increased by 11.9 percent.
Interestingly, a large portion of real estate services, namely 94.6 percent, is primarily related to property rental and the management of owned or rented properties. Additionally, services for buying and selling real estate account for only 2.7 percent of the total volume.
Management services for real estate on a fee basis or through contracts account for 1.8 percent, while agency services make up 0.9 percent. These figures provide a clear understanding of the composition and shares of services in the sector.
