Nizhny Novgorod and International University signed a cooperation agreement
N. This was reported by Upl.uz.

A cooperation agreement was signed between Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University named after A. Dobrolyubov and the International Innovative University of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The ceremony to formalize this agreement was held via videoconference. The event was attended by Acting Rector of Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University Nikita Avralev and Rector of the International Innovative University Amin Mallaev.

Nikita Avralev emphasized that this cooperation will create unique opportunities for students and faculty of both educational institutions. He stated that the universities have agreed to implement short-term and long-term specialist exchange programs and to conduct joint scientific research.

This will not only enrich the experience of teachers but also significantly improve the quality of education and help offer unique programs and courses to students. Rector of the International Innovative University Amin Mallaev expressed deep gratitude to the administration of Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University for these opportunities.

He noted that he sees this university as an important partner in a strategic cooperation framework for the International Innovative University. One of the main directions of the new cooperation will be to establish a Russian Language Center based on the International Innovative University.

Anna Gorokhova, Vice-Rector for Youth Policy and International Cooperation of Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University, announced that this center will be a multifunctional platform for developing and implementing educational programs. The center's activities will focus on helping citizens of Uzbekistan deeply study the Russian language and familiarize themselves with Russian history and culture.

Anna Gorokhova emphasized that such initiatives are of great importance for both countries. In her opinion, for Uzbekistan, this is an opportunity to deeply assimilate the Russian language and culture, contributing to the establishment of a multicultural society and the expansion of international communication.

For Russia, this is an opportunity to strengthen its positions in the international arena and promote the Russian language and culture outside the Russian Federation. As the coordinator for the implementation of the new agreement, Professor Natalya Makshantseva, an advisor to the rector of Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University and a specialist in the development of the Russian language abroad, was appointed.

She announced that the center's specialists will conduct special courses that will teach Uzbek citizens the basics of Russian legislation along with the Russian language. Natalya Makshantseva stated that preparatory courses in the Russian language and profile subjects will be organized at the center, which will fully meet the requirements for foreign applicants to enter Russian universities.

The educational programs will be designed to help students successfully pass state tests in Russian as a foreign language. This is an important step in their integration into the Russian education system.

Additionally, specialists from Nizhny Novgorod University will provide methodological assistance to Uzbek Russian language teachers, organize scientific-methodological seminars, and participate in the development of various levels of educational programs. N.

Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University named after A. Dobrolyubov has extensive experience in international cooperation.

Currently, the university has signed 17 agreements with various higher education institutions in the Republic of Uzbekistan. There are 40 Uzbek students studying at the university, which is the highest figure among students from neighboring countries.

Nizhny Novgorod University offers master's and bachelor's degree programs in linguistics and philology for foreign students.
