In another case, a person living in Tashkent gained the trust of another individual and agreed to sell a 72.6-acre non-residential land plot located in the Bo‘stonliq district, which belonged to 8 citizens, at a price of 14,900 US dollars per acre, totaling 1 million 81 thousand 740 US dollars. He also demanded 10 thousand US dollars through his official acquaintances to transfer this land plot to the residential category and obtain permission to build a multi-storey building there. During the operational event conducted by the State Security Service, the Department for Combating Economic Crimes, and the internal affairs authorities, he was detained while receiving 110 thousand US dollars in advance. Currently, criminal cases have been initiated against these individuals, and investigative actions are underway.
